PROJECT GOOD NEIGHBOR
Project Good Neighbor is a voluntary donation program, which provides direct financial assistance to individuals and families to help them pay for electricity.
The funds come from donations by Orangeburg Department of Public Utilities service customers who sign up to contribute as little as one dollar or more which is added to their monthly DPU bills to be used for Project Good Neighbor.
Only individuals living in the Orangeburg DPU service area are eligible to be assisted by this program and only once a year.
